Shipping & Returns
Delivery within the Netherlands
- Bluetribe will send your order via registered shipping.
- Packages will be delivered to your home or a designated address and if you are unable to receive it, it will be delivered a second time. If after that you are still unable to receive the package, you shall have three weeks to collect it at an indicated post-office.
- Bluetribe will do its utmost to make the delivery within the indicated time of seven working days.
- Should for any reason an item be no longer available, you will be duly notified. In this case you have the right to cancel the order without incurring any expenses. Transferred payments for this order shall be returned.
Delivery outside the Netherlands
- Bluetribe shall send your order by mail using recorded delivery.
- Bluetribe attempts to have orders delivered as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. We cannot however guarantee any delivery times outside the Netherlands.
- Should for any reason an item be no longer available you will be duly notified. In this case you have the right to cancel the order without incurring costs. Transferred payments for this order will be returned.
Price includes shipping!
- When returning an order, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- When replacing an order, the shipping costs are also at the expense of the customer. In the occasion of replacement, the one-off shipment from Bluetribe to the customer of the item shall be once at the expense of Bluetribe.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products have 12 months warranty. Warranty is applicable if the buyer has used and treated the products properly and correct. A helmet is subject to wearing out. This means that the lifespan of a helmet will decrease if it is used more often. Moreover the quality of a helmet will decrease over time, even if it is not used. Returns & Exchanges
To Bluetribe, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item for a different colour or size, if it is the same price or less. We will give you a fully refund within 30 days (or refund the difference, if any, in case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging.
